| Canoes and Kayaks : A limited number of canoes and kayaks are available for rent at $30 per a boat, which includes pfd's and paddles. |

| Weather
policy: Recreating the total atmosphere on an
alternate "rainout" date would be impossible.
Therefore, the races will run on the days as listed. The
race officials reserve the right to modify start times,
combine classes and even cancel a race(s) for safety
concerns. |
| Refund
policy: To keep this policy simple, there will be no
refunds. |
| Substitutions
policy: Substitutions can be made via written
documentation from the original applicant stating
their request to withdraw from the race. Within the same
document, the original applicant must also identify and
provide required information for the substitute. The
substitute must race within the same race as originally
applied for and must meet all affiliated classification,
rules and regulations. The fees paid by the original
applicant will be applied towards the substitutes entry
fees. Any remaining amount due will be paid by the
substitute. |
