We are making some changes to our restaurant this
year! One thing that will not change however is the quality and service you’ve come to expect.
Here's what we're up to:

We are going to start out the year with a fresh look for our name and logo. The Crazy Climber Café is becoming The Gorge Bistro.

With our new look will come some enticing new dishes. The new items may start as a special and we’ll let you help decide if we should keep them. Don’t worry, our most popular dishes, like the Red Beans Chicken and Rice, are staying put.

The “Hostel Breakfast” as it has come to be known will still be available with a few additions. Don’t feel like having eggs and bacon? We’ll have variety of cereals and oatmeal flavors to get your day started. Or if you’re a big eater, have both! Also, breakfast will be available weekdays instead of just on the weekends.

Like last year, the Bistro will be open from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. However arrangements can be made for groups to eat with us during weekday evenings.
