Rope up on all exposed places and for all snow, ice, and glacier travel. Anchor all belays.
Keep the party together and obey the leader or majority rule.
Never climb beyond your ability and knowledge.
Never let judgment be overruled by desire when choosing the route or deciding whether to turn back.
Carry the necessary clothing, food and equipment at all times, including safety equipment.
Leave the trip itinerary with a responsible person.
Follow the precepts of sound mountaineering as set forth in textbooks of recognized merit.
Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and associates.
Behave at all times in a manner that reflects favorably upon mountaineering, with minimum impact to the environment.

I have read and understand the above information. I will follow these guidelines while participating in the True North Outdoor Wilderness School program. If I break this code of conduct, place myself or other members of the team at risk, wish to discontinue the course, or refuse to follow instructions, upon the guide's request, I will immediately discontinue the course with no refund and move to safe ground.
