Here at the Gorge Bistro we offer menu items that are reflective
of the culture and traditions of the mountains. We blend in favorite
recepies from world renowned chefs as well as the lovely ladies
who prepare dishes for local church socials.

Everything is prepared to order, so please be patient. Peruse the books
in our little library, socialize with your neighbors, play chess or whittle
on the porch. Just don’t rush the chef. In return for your patience, we
guarantee that your expectations will be met, and hopefully exceeded!
